The idea was to first set the current period to 1 week and collect all tasks that begin or are in progress during this period. Using the tasks tab on project web app and the resource graph view in any project file. This does the job but ms project does not like this, especially when the other team members do theĢ. Doing this allows me to see and assign hours to all my tasks from the task usage view. Adding all my projects to a temporary project file as sub-projects. So far I have tried the following things to do resource allocation:ġ. I have separate project files for different projects. That I can use to allocate hours across different tasks. I am currently working on multiple projects and I was looking for a good view or set of views We are using office 365 with project server 2013. I wasnt able to find the answer that I was looking for, so I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate question.
